Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. Managing life's challenges and our mental health can be overwhelming. Whether it's anxiety, depression, coping with loss or just working out what's wrong and why we're feeling sad, we sometimes need help with our thoughts and feelings. Working online or in person in Brightlingsea, Essex (between Colchester and Clacton) I work with adult individuals and couples to help them gently explore what's troubling them and to find a way forward.
About me and my practice
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I use a combination of therapeutic approaches to best support you. My own therapeutic journey helped me to work through a number of significant losses and periods of depression. That process led me to become a counsellor and is something that is really important to me.
I am also a qualified and experienced coach.
