About me and my practice
I am a person-centred counsellor offering online therapy to adolescents, adults and couples.I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns of thinking and behaviour with curiosity and compassion.
I am passionate about supporting others while continuing my own learning and reflective practice as a therapist. My aim is to help you develop self-awareness, understand your patterns, build self-acceptance, and find practical ways to manage emotional distress, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
I take an integrative approach, tailoring our work to your individual needs. Alongside a Person-Centred foundation, I draw on frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), and Attachment Theory, using them flexibly to support your journey.
Experience
I have experience working in private practice and organisational settings, including charities and schools, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.I work with adolescents (11+) and adults, including couples, supporting a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, trauma, grief, relational and relationship challenges, as well as spiritual and existential concerns.
Qualifications
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor with specialist training to work with young people. I am committed to ongoing professional development, continually learning and reflecting to enhance my skills and offer the best support possible to clients of all ages.
